This paper aims to highlight the problems regarding some contracts considered by the Albanian Civil Legislation, in particular; the contract of sales, the contract of donation, the contract of supply, the contract of Emphyteusis (Enfiteoza), contract of leasing, financianal leasing contract (leasing), entrepreneurship contract, the contract of transport, Usufruct contract, the contract of order, the contract of commission and the contract of shipment. It is as well noted the Albanian Doctrine and Jurisprudence together with some other developed countries, in relation to the above issues.
L'Autore
Ilir Mustafaj, judge in Tirana District Court is a member of the High Council of Justice of the Republic of Albania and part-time lecturer in the Faculty of Justice and Faculty of Economy, University of Tirana. It was awarded the degree “Doctor of Sciences in 2010 and in 2011 Assossiated Professor. He is the author of the book Civil damage come from criminal acts, co-writer of the books The rights of obligations I and The rights of obligations II, and as well, the author of many articles published in International Scientific Reviews as “IFLR” (International Financial Law Review), and “Diritto e Diritti”.
